🔄 RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

European Union customers

In accordance with current legislation, customers located in the European Union have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, including for discounted or reduced items .

Return conditions

Returned items must be:

  • not worn
  • unwashed
  • undamaged
  • with tags intact
  • in their original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer .

Refund (EU)

After receiving and checking the returned items, the refund is made within a maximum of 14 days , via the payment method used when ordering.

The initial delivery charges are non-refundable.

For orders shipped outside the European Union , all purchases are considered final sales .

👉 No returns, exchanges or refunds will be accepted, except in the case of defective products or preparation errors attributable to the brand .
